See Three Days of Rain at NSU During Its Three-Weekend Run

The Promethean Theatre (TPT), NSU’s award-winning professional theatre company in residence, will present Three Days of Rain, a play by Tony Award winner and Pulitzer Prize finalist Richard Greenberg, at NSU May 20 through June 5. Part of the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences Resident Series, the production will take place in the Black Box Theatre of the college’s Performing and Visual Arts Wing in the Don Taft University Center. Showtimes are Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays at 3:00 p.m.

Directed by TPT’s Margaret M. Ledford, Three Days of Rain is an unexpectedly romantic family story performed by an award-winning cast. A discovered journal, filled with enigmatic entries, recalls Greenwich Village in the early 1960s, when two young architects—unaware that they’re on the brink of fame—struggle with plans for an important commission. But it’s up to their children, 30 years later, to sort out the mystery behind their lives and loves.

Tickets for Three Days are $10 for NSU students, $15 for all other students under the age of 25 (tickets available at the door, day of show only, if available), $20 for seniors, and $25 for general admission. Seats are limited. For tickets, please call 866-811-4111 or visit www.theprometheantheatre.org.
