Maybe you are new to yoga or just want to deepen your knowledge about a 5000+ year old practice uniting the physical body and mind. Our two hour workshop will include lecture, discussion, and asana practice including topics such as:

  • Yoga Etiquette
  • Health Benefits
  • Safety
  • Use of Props
  • Breathing exercises
  • Asana: the Sun Salutation, Warrior series, standing balance, supine stretching, and final relaxation/meditation.
