LEXINGTON, KY. – The Nova Southeastern University volleyball team was honored on Wednesday with an American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award, and is one of only 77 Division II women’s programs and just five from the Sunshine State Conference that has been given this recognition.
The Sharks join Barry, Florida Southern, Lynn and Rollins as representatives of the SSC to garner this honor. The award honors teams that displayed excellence in the classroom during the school year by maintaining at least a 3.30 cumulative team GPA. Complete Release
