Community Resolution Services in NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) and NSU’s Halmos College of Natural Science and Oceanography invite you to a multidisciplinary panel presentation titled, “Climate Change and Conflict in the Arctic Region,” on Monday, November 9th from 4:30-6 p.m, featuring the Honorable Fran Ulmer, Amy Hirons, Ph.D., and Melodee Smith, J.D., Ph.D..The panel moderator is Judith McKay, J.D., Ph.D..
