12:00 p.m. – Yoga Express & Meditation with Kelly (45 minutes & 30 minutes)

12:15 p.m. – Spin + Abs with Lourdes

4:15 p.m. – Body Sculpt with Lia

5:30 p.m. – Spin with Janet


Tuesday:

6:15 a.m. – Yoga with Marylin

1:00 p.m. – Yoga with Ava

5:00 p.m. – Zumba with Sandra


Wednesday:

6:15 a.m. – Spin/Stretch with Marylin

4:15 p.m. – Body Sculpt with Lourdes

5:30 p.m. – Spin + ABS with Lourdes


Thursday:

6:15 a.m.  Yoga with Marylin

1:00 p.m. – Yoga with Victoria

5:30 p.m.Spin with Janet


Friday:

6:15 a.m. – Yoga Express & Meditation with Kelly (45 minutes & 30 minutes)

4:00 p.m. – Zumba with Sandra


Saturday:

9:00 a.m. – Spin with Janet


Sunday:

6:00 p.m.Yoga Express & Meditation with Kelly (45 minutes & 30 minutes)
