The softball team opens the week on Tuesday, April 19 when they travel to Miami Gardens, Fla. to play St. Thomas in a single game. The Sharks defeated the Bobcats in both games of their opening doubleheader on Feb.8 by virtue of 5-4 and 2-0 victories. NSU enters the game with a 38-7-0 all-time series edge over St. Thomas. The Sharks take a day off before they host the Lynn Fighting Knights in a conference matchup on Thursday, April 21 and Friday, April 22 at the AD Griffin Sports Complex. NSU defeated Lynn at the Eckerd Triton Collegiate Invitational on Feb. 27, 11-3, in six innings. The Sharks own a 28-21-1 all-time series edge over the Tritons.
