Rotaract Club Donates $15,500 to Reconstruct a Library in Paraguay

NSU’s Rotaract Club completed their 2nd international project on March 31, presenting a check of $13,500  to help reconstruct a municipal library in Eusebio Ayala, Paraguay. An additional $2,000 was donated at the event to raise the total contribution to $15,500. A representative from a rotary club in Paraguay, Lic. Ramon Acosta Ruiz, visited NSU’s campus to acknowledge the donation and to commit his club as a partner in this joint venture.

The Davie/Cooper City Rotary Club is seeking matching funds from Rotary International and the Paraguay Club to help raise the total amount needed to complete this library reconstruction which is estimated at $35,000.
