As part of NSU’s comprehensive approach to responding to and reducing sexual misconduct, a new secure online reporting form is available to report incidents of sexual misconduct affecting one or more members of the NSU community. The form provides a secure and easily accessible platform for any person – including regional campus students, online-only students, employees, visitors, anonymous reporters, and others – to report sexual misconduct (including sexual harassment, sexual violence, stalking, and relationship violence) to NSU.
Information submitted via the form is sent directly to Laura Bennett, Title IX Coordinator, for initial review and response by the next NSU business/school day. To access the online reporting form, visit http://www.nova.edu/title-ix, and click the “Report” button in the center of the page.
