NSU RecWell Zoom Exercise Schedule for June 2020

The Office of Recreation and Wellness will continue to offer Zoom exercise opportunities in the month of June.  Please find below the most up-to-date schedule that will be in effect starting Monday, June 1, 2020.  You may also note links to recordings of several of our classes that you can view and enjoy at any time as your schedule permits!

The Zoom exercise schedule may also be found on the NSU iShark mobile APP under the RecWell icon.  This is where you can confirm the daily class schedule and find any changes or updates.
