OrgSync at NSU is in the process of transitioning into a new platform that will provide our Nova Southeastern University (NSU) community portal with enhanced security and more user-friendly features.
One of the enhancements is a Single Sign-On (SSO) conversion which will allow only NSU constituents to log on to NSU OrgSync community using their Sharklink credentials.
STUDENTS:
If you have more than one user account in OrgSync under your name, you will need to merge those multiple accounts together. You need to merge any duplicate account (Gmail, Hotmail, @nova.edu, etc.) INTO your current student e-mail account ending with “@mynsu.nova.edu”. If you are currently still using a “@nova.edu” e-mail as a student, it needs to be updated to your “@mynsu.nova.edu” e-mail address. Make sure you are currently logged into the correct account (@mynsu.nova.edu) for this process to take place. For conversion purpose, please change your Email Address under “My Profile” tab to “@mynsu.nova.edu” email. To make this profile edit, go on this page (you may be prompted to sign in if you haven’t already). This will help to ensure the correct transition of your account record on the NSU OrgSync Community Portal onto the new platform. Once the transition completed, you will be required to use NSU Sharklink credential to access Orgsync.
Faculty/Staff members:
