Lions and Tigers and Bears, you know the rest. So does NSU Miami-Kendall after visiting the zoo for Family Fin Day 2010! Over 100 students, family, and friends came out to Zoo Miami Sunday, November 21st for a great day of fun. It was a beautiful day and everyone, including the animals, took advantage of it. A lunch buffet was provided by Student Affairs along with a face painter, an NSU exclusive animal encounter, and the best chance to meet a giraffe close up – giraffe feeding! The Shark Pride Committee also came to provide all students with a Shark Pride t-shirt. Thank you to everyone who helped and participated. We cannot wait to come back again next year!
