The Office of Residential Life and Housing, along with Off-Campus Housing Fair organiezer, would like to recognize Nicole Boyco for being the recipient of the special giveaway provided by Davie Self Storage, a proud sponsor of the NSU Off-Campus Housing Fair. Davie Self Storage conducted a random raffle where students had the opportunity to place their name in the raffle, and selected at random, Nicole was the winner! Nicole Boyco is a 1st year student at NSU in the Sports and Exercise Science Program.
The NSU Off-Campus Housing Fair is conducted biannually once in the Don Taft University Center during the Fall Semester, and again in the HPD Terry Building during the Winter Semester. The Off-Campus Housing Fair connects local rental communities and their representatives to the NSU Community including students, faculty, and staff. Along with Davie Self Storage rental agencies such as Greystar, ZRS Management, Falls Management, and Equity Residential participate in the NSU Off-Campus Housing Fair – that is over 50 plus properties. In addition, we also have our local hospitality agency, Extended Stay America, to assist the NSU Community with interim housing options. Lastly, but certainly not least, NSU’s very own University Realtor, Jill Sivert, also attends the NSU Off-Campus Housing Fair to assist the NSU Community with professional assistance when seeking housing options.
