Ivan Las Heras, a student in the M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship program at NSU’s H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship, was named NSU’s 2010 winner of the Wall Street Journal Student Achievement Award. Las Heras was chosen by a committee of Huizenga Business School faculty based on his outstanding academic performance and student engagement.
For winning the award, Las Heras received a commemorative paperweight embedded with a Student Achievement Award medallion and a one-year complimentary subscription to the Wall Street Journal. He was also listed among the winners of the award in the Wall Street Journal on Sept. 20.
