8th Annual Cupboard City
Shifts range from 5:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The 8th Annual Cardboard City is just around the corner.  Family Promise, through the Cardboard City event, raises awareness of homelessness in our communities.  You can learn more about Cardboard City at http://familypromisejax.org/cardboard-city/. Family Promise, Team Nova & and NSU Jax Sharks With a Purpose is seeking 4 to 5 volunteers from the hours of 5:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, November 16.  The volunteers are needed to help serve food, which in previous years has been rice, chili and cornbread.  Cardboard City will be held at Southside Methodist Chruch, 3120 Hendricks Avenue just south of San Marco.

Shifts Available:
Help with the meal service from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Staff the water bottle and cookie table from 6:00 p.m. -8:30 p.m.
Might need break down assistance after 9:00 p.m.
