Akshat Bhargava, a Master of International Business Administration student at the Huizenga Business School, was one of 25 students chosen nationally to participate in the Sigma Beta Delta Business Honor Society’s Inaugural Leadership Academy in San Diego, California.
The purpose of the event was to develop ideas for community programs that could be implemented by the honor society’s national and international chapters, as well as the society’s more than 57,000 alumni. Out of the numerous ideas that were presented and shared, Akshat’s idea and presentation was voted the best and was sent forward to the organization’s board of directors for further consideration and implementation.
