Nova Southeastern University’s Division of Advancement and Community Relations is currently hiring 10 -12 student employees. They are seeking energetic, dedicated, and professional students to join their team which is focused on growing support and awareness for NSU.
With more than 184,000 alumni, nearly 30,000 donors and tens of thousands of social media friends, students hired for these positions will get an opportunity to network and represent the university at a variety of events and activities as well as be involved in special projects within the department.

Hours: 20-25 hours per week
Job Description: The Student Assistant is responsible for duties indicated below that contribute to overall Office of Alumni Relations and Annual Fund initiatives. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, event support, invitation processes, event follow-up procedures, editing and preparing documents, letter reporting and processing, tracking data and reporting measures, benchmarking and other duties as needed.
- Familiar with social media: FaceBook, LinkedIN, Twitter, Instagram
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Products
- Dependable and punctual
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
