Herbalife is a global nutrition company founded in 1980. The company’s nutrition, weight-management , energy and fitness and personal care products are available exclusively through dedicated Independent Herbalife Members in more than 90 countries. Herbalife has more than 7,400 employees worldwide. Its shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: HLF) and net sales for 2013 were $4.8 billion. The company sponsors more than 250 world-class athletes, teams and events around the globe, including Cristiano Ronaldo, and the LA Galaxy. The Herbalife Family Foundation (HFF) was established in 1994 and provides nutrition to more than 120,000 children every day. In addition to improving the lives of children, the Foundation also supports natural disaster relief efforts.

As chief operating officer of Herbalife, Goudis is responsible for building and sustaining a global infrastructure that allows the company to achieve its growth goals. His functional responsibility includes product development worldwide operations, human resources, and information technology, as well as the finance and operations functions in each of the company’s six geographic regions. Goudis served as the company’s chief financial officer from 2004 to 2008. He has more than 25 years of financial management experience with industry leading companies such as Pratt & Whitney and Sunbeam Corporation, and senior executive experience as vice president finance and chief operating officer of Rexall Sundown. While at Rexall Sundown, Goudis was a member of the executive team that merged Rexall Sundown with General Nutrition Centers (GNC) and Enrich International.

He will present on, “The Turnaround From Within,” a detailed look at his career path from a professional and personal standpoint. Goudis will highlight the tools that he used to become a corporate leader, which have allowed him to create strong teams. He will include discussion of his Top 10 Tools for Success.
