NSU CommunityFest
Join us for fun, music, food, giveaways and more at NSU CommunityFest, a free event for NSU students, faculty, staff members and their families. CommunityFest will be held Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, Noon to 4:00 p.m., at Gold Circle Lake, at NSU’s main campus in Davie, Florida.
Power Over Pain Walk
This year, NSU CommunityFest and NSPIRE (NSU Students for the Prevention, Intervention and Response to Emergencies) are proud sponsors of the Power Over Pain Walk, also held nat NSU on Feb. 11, at 10:00 a.m. The walk, also sponsored by the U.S. Pain Foundation, & RSDSA, will benefit the pain community through raising awareness, providing funding for research and educational efforts, and by starting a much needed dialogue between pain warriors and the community. NSU students are encouraged to make strides toward healing the lives of people with chronic pain.
