William Shakespeare’s classic comedy Twelfth Night will meet Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean when the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences Division of Performing and Visual Arts presents its latest Premier Series event, Twelfth Night, or What You Will. The productions will be held at NSU Apr. 15-17, in the Black Box Theatre of the college’s Performing and Visual Arts Wing in the Don Taft University Center.
This production holds true to the text of Shakespeare’s original work, but instead of taking place in the Elizabethan era, the division’s rendition is set in the Caribbean circa 1866. It is a romantic comedy full of disguises, mistaken identity, shipwrecks, and foolery.
Showtimes:
Apr. 15–16 (Friday and Saturday)| 7:30 p.m.
Apr. 17 (Sunday) | 2:00 p.m.

Each year, the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences Division of Performing and Visual Arts presents outstanding theatrical, musical, and dance productions. These performances serve as co-curricular opportunities for students to gain practical experience, and provide the NSU community with a local resource for educational and entertaining performing arts presentations.
