Want to help produce a new play? All undergraduate students from the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences are invited to participate in a series of free workshops aimed at developing The Irish Dracula: A Melodrama in Five Acts, a play created by James Doan, Ph.D., professor at the college.

Workshops for The Irish Dracula: A Melodrama in Five Acts

Mar. 13–Apr. 10
Wednesdays | 6:00–8:00 p.m.
Mailman-Hollywood Building | Second Floor Auditorium

The five-workshop series will cover script development, set creation, and costume design. Joining Doan in leading the workshops will be Daniel Gelbmann, M.F.A., assistant professor at the college.

Following the series of workshops, there will be a final dramatic reading of the play at NSU on Saturday, Apr. 13, with hopes for a fuller production during the 2013–2014 academic year.
