Waves of Wellness: Summer Programming
The Office of Student Affairs is offering Summer 2021 programming centered around the wellness wheel called Waves of Wellness. The Wellness Wheel is a tool of self-exploration that can help you survey choices or situations that impact your overall wellness. Each week will focus on a specific dimension of wellness. The eight dimensions of wellness are: emotional health, personal development, intellectual wellness, physical wellness, mental wellness, social wellness, community wellness, and spirituality. If you are interested in identifying which aspect of the wellness wheel you need the most improvement in, complete the Waves of Wellness exercise. The Wellness Wheel referenced in the exercise can be downloaded here.
