The 8th Annual “NSU CommunityFest” was a huge success. Thousands of NSU students, employees, alumni and their families came out on Saturday, February 13th from Noon to 4pm to celebrate all that NSU is and has to offer. Members of our NSU family danced to the music and enjoyed the day filled with nearly 80 activity booths, live entertainment and student performances, free food and drinks, paddle boats on the Gold Circle Lake and a variety of large-scale carnival attractions. President George Hanbury addressed the crowd and thanked them for the endless contributions each individual makes on a daily basis and invited everyone to celebrate and take pride in all NSU has to offer. We are thankful to all of the students, departments, schools, community sponsors that came together to make this event possible.

This was the BEST CommunityFest in my 4 years here at NSU!
Great job 🙂

This was my first community fest that I have attended at Nova. It was fun! I probably ate more than I should have. I did play a few games that I won.
