On April 16, members from the Huizenga Business School’s SHRM chapter participated in Environment Day at Markham Park. Members planted and weeded the park’s nursery. Markham Park is a sprawling, 666-acre county park that is on the edge of the Everglades Conservation Area, and boasts such distinctive amenities as the Fox Observatory, a model airplane field and a mountain bike trail.
