The Alvin Sherman Library is requesting volunteers to help out at this year’s SEUSSFEST on March 6, 2016. Children and families from throughout Broward County are invited to celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday and promote early literacy at this great event, which is funded through a generous donation from the Irwin and Barbara Mautner Charitable Foundation’s “Read for the Fun of It” initiative. This year’s SEUSSFEST will feature a magic show, theatrical performances, storytelling, face-painting, and art projects with Young at Art.
