NSU Cesar E Chavez National Blood Drive Challenge
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Everyday someone is in need of blood every 2 seconds. That means at the end of today over 43,000 people will have had a need for a blood transfusion. Whether or not this need is met depends upon you!
Nationwide, more than 200 different college campuses are taking action to see that every two seconds there is enough blood to meet the need by taking part in the Cesar E. Chavez National Blood Drive Challenge! This year, the blood drive at NSU is sponsored by the student organization HOSA: Future Health Professionals. The blood drive will be held at the NSU Shark Fountain, at the east entrance of the Don Taft University Center, on April 1-2 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Food, music and giveaways will be provided for all who participate. Join us, and add more days to the life of your fellow citizens. Together we can!
