4:15 p.m. – ABS and Glutes with Lia

5:30 p.m. – Spin with Ashley

7:00 p.m.Build and Burn with Arjun

8:00 p.m. – Meditation with Kelly 


Tuesday:

6:15 a.m.  Yoga with Marylin

12:10 p.m. – Spin with Aditi

4:30 p.m. – Muscle Sculpt with Lia

5:30 p.m. – Spin with Janet

7:00 p.m. – Zumba with Sandra

8:00 p.m. – Spin with Bianca


Wednesday:

6:15 a.m. – Spin Plus with Marylin

4:15 p.m. – Spin+ Abs with Lourdes

5:30 p.m. – Yoga with Victoria

7:00 p.m. – Build and Burn with Arjun


Thursday:

6:15 a.m.  Yoga with Marylin

8:00 p.m. – Spin with Aditi

12:10 p.m. – ABS and Glutes Express with Lia

5:30 p.m.Spin with Janet

7:00 p.m. – Zumba with Sandra


Friday:

12:10 p.m. – Flexology with Arjun

3:30 p.m. – Build and Burn with Arjun

5:30 p.m. – Zumba with Tia


Saturday:

8:30 a.m. – Yoga with Marilyn

9:00 a.m. – Spin with Janet

10:15 a.m. – Zumba with Vanessa


Sunday:

8:30 a.m. – Yoga with Marilyn

12:10 p.m.Spin with Aditi

6:00 p.m.Yoga Express with Marilyn (45 minutes & 30 minutes)

7:00 p.m. – Meditation with Kelly
