The Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences invites the NSU community to join in celebrating the season with a concert of holiday favorites and music from around the world.
PEACE: A Holiday Concert | Performance Series
Friday, Dec. 6
6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Performance Theatre | Don Taft University Center
The concert will feature performances by the Bossa Nova Chorale, under the direction of Jennifer Donelson, D.M.A., assistant professor at the college. The chorale will sing songs of peace in eight different languages—such as Hebrew, Latin, French, and Swahili—as well as choral music spanning from the 14th Century through contemporary hits, including well-known Christmas songs and pieces celebrating Hanukkah. Soloists from the choir will also ring in the holidays with favorites such as “Grown-Up Christmas List,” “Santa Baby,” and “What Child is This?”

PEACE: A Holiday Concert is open to the public, though tickets are required for admission. To purchase tickets, visit the college’s online Box Office.
