Presented By:  Brion Hurley, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Business Performance Improvement (BPI)

Brion will discuss how proven Lean and Six Sigma methods can be used to help organizations achieve Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals and initiatives, such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals. By gathering and analyzing data and engaging the people in need and the workers and volunteers providing the service, an organization can identify the most effective solutions that increase adoption and reduce resistance to change.

Brion Hurley is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Business Performance Improvement (BPI). He teaches Lean and Six Sigma classes, facilitates workshops and events, performs statistical analysis, and mentors employees through improvement efforts and certification projects. He volunteers his time with nonprofits to help them implement process improvement. He is the author of the “Lean Six Sigma for Good” book series.
