Dean’s Catering Fund
Introducing the Deans’ Catering Fund for all undergraduate clubs and organizations. Here is an opportunity to have your catering needs sponsored up to $500.

GUIDELINES
- All applications are reviewed by the Deans of the Division of Student Affairs.
- Applications should be submitted at least one month prior to the event.
- Student Affairs reserves the right to verify the event with the designated guests and collaborators.
- The applicant must be the member of the requesting organization.
- All Catering must come from the Chartwells specialty menu.
- Organizations must be in good standing with the Office of Campus Life and Student Engagement.
- The Dean’s Catering Fund only covers the approved expense up to $500.
- You are only eligible to apply for the Dean’s Catering Fund once a semester.
- Cannot be combined with another funding supplement from Campus Life & Student Engagement resource.
INELIGIBLE EVENTS AND EXPENSES
Funding will not be awarded for the following:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Off-campus Events
- Costs for non-NSU students
- Non-Chartwells Food Vendors
- Multiple applications for the same event
- Tickets for sports events or musical/theatrical performances
