Undergraduate Housing Contracts for 2022-2023 go live.
• 2022-2023 Academic Year (Fall 2022 and Winter 2023)
• Summer 2022
• Full Year (Summer 2022, Fall 2022 and Winter 2023) ONLY students currently assigned to RHA, RHC Studios and UPointe A & F are eligible

5:00 p.m. EST: Deadline to submit a housing contract to be eligible to self-select.
MARCH 4
5:00 p.m. EST:
• Day and time specific room selection details go out via NSU email by 5:00 p.m. EST.
• University Housing will also open roommate matching at this time for returning students.
MARCH 8
8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. EST: Rising Sophomores
Returning students with 1 term lived on and have sophomore level credits (30-59 credits), will select between:
• Mako Hall, Floors 1–6
• Founders, Farquhar, Vettel (FFV)
MARCH 9
8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. EST: Rising Juniors
Returning students with 2-3 terms lived on and have junior level credits (60-89 credits), will select among:
• Mako Hall, Floor 7
• Rolling Hills A
• Rolling Hills C
• University Pointe
MARCH 10
8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. EST: Rising Seniors
Returning students with 3+ terms lived on and have senior level credits (90+ credits), will select among:
• Rolling Hills A
• Rolling Hills C
• University Pointe
6:00 p.m. EST:
• All returning students self-selection closes at 5:00 p.m. EST.
Returning students who did not self-select or participate in room selection, will be manually assigned by the University Housing office.
