All applicants are required to have their résumé and cover letter reviewed by the Center for Academic and Professional Success (CAPS).

Individual Interviews
All application files will be reviewed, and all candidates will be contacted by Monday, February 8, in regards to whether or not they are offered an interview. Not all applicants will be offered an interview. Those selected to interview will receive an email to choose which day they would prefer to be interviewed. Interviews will be conducted with the Residential Life Professional staff and current RAs. Please dress in business attire and come prepared with questions for the panel.
