The Miami Dolphins are among the most highly regarded and recognized cheerleader brands in the NFL and the most visible ambassadors of the Miami Dolphins. This diverse group of women are educated and hardworking, they are community minded and committed to goals, and their position gives them the opportunity to serve as role models.
As Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders, these young women have the opportunity to empower, engage and inspire others through public speaking, fitness and etiquette. It is important to the organization to provide these women with the tools they need to be successful both on and off the field. We offer an extensive development and training program that includes social media strategy, leadership development, personality and etiquette training, nutrition and health education and a professional mentorship program.
