Statistics show that one in 68 children are affected by autism. The Baudhuin School at the Mailman Segal Center has been providing services for children on the autism spectrum and their families for more than two decades.
NSU students, staff, and faculty are invited to join Team NSU for the Baudhuin Preschool to participate in the Autism Speaks Walk on Saturday, September 26th at 9:30 a.m. on the NSU campus. Please sign up online to help the school show its support for the Broward County autism community.
The event is held on the green in front of the Alvin Sherman Library and doors open at 7:30 am. There will be music, children’s activities, snacks, and an autism resource fair. Team NSU T shirts will be available for those who make at least a $10 donation on the website.
