FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The sixth-ranked Nova Southeastern Sharks Men’s Basketball team won its third consecutive game, defeating the Rollins College Tars 110-62 on Saturday evening from the Rick Case Arena. Eli Allen, making his first collegiate start, scored 15 points in the win, while the entire roster got into the score book with points.

How it Happened
First Half – The Sharks got after Rollins from the opening tip, as Shane Hunter started a 12-2 run for NSU. MJ Iraldi scored five consecutive points for Nova Southeastern, before Mike Moore added a bucket and Trey Doomes knocked down a three-pointer. Later in the half, Isaiah Fuller recorded a three-pointer of his own, extending the Sharks’ advantage to 21-11. Following the midway point of the opening half, GianFranco Grafals hit a three-pointer, putting Nova Southeastern ahead 28-14. Ryan Walsh hit three consecutive three-point buckets, two off assists from Hunter, as NSU led 41-18 with seven minutes remaining in the half. The Sharks went into the halftime break with a 58-28 lead over Rollins.
During the halftime break, NSU Men’s Basketball presented 2022-23 NCAA Division II National Champion Will Yoakum with his championship ring.
