Fellow Sharks! Want to make memories, celebrate tradition, and take Homecoming 2018 to the next level? Apply to be part of NSU Homecoming Council. The Homecoming Council is a student-run board that works to plan, market, and implement Homecoming Week activities for the student body. The purpose of Homecoming Week at Nova Southeastern University is about coming together as a community (students, faculty and staff, alumni, and community members), wearing our NSU blue and gray, and celebrate what it means to be a proud Shark!
Eligibility:
All undergraduate students are encouraged and invited to apply to be a part of Homecoming Council. The leadership skills and experience gained by being a member are invaluable for future success and can be applied in numerous ways in future endeavors.
Requirements:
- Must have and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA (semester and cumulative)
- Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate NSU student for the academic year
- Remain in good standing with the university, academically and judicially
- Current seniors may apply if they plan to graduate in December 2018 or later
- Meet during the Summer and weekly during the Fall (subject to change)
Applications can be found on the NSU Homecoming Council OrgSync Portal and are due on Friday, April 20th, 2018 by 11:59 PM. Interviews will be held between Tuesday and Wednesday, April 24th and 25th, 2018 during regular business hours. Individual times will be given closer to that date to the ones who meet the minimum requirements.
