YOGA 101

This workshop includes:

  • yoga asanas (postures)
  • explanation and practice of pranayama (breathing techniques)
  • pose breakdown with an emphasis on proper alignment
  • introduction to the bandhas (energy locks)
  • arm balances
  • optional inversions
  • well-deserved relaxation
