CAHSS Alum Published Book Chapter on Traditional Systems of Conflict Mediation

Yogendra Paneru, Ph.D., doctoral graduate of NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS), authored a book chapter in the book, Creating the Third Force: Indigenous Processes of Peacemaking, co-edited by Hamdessa Tuso, Ph.D., and Maureen Flaherty, Ph.D. Paneru’s chapter is titled “Traditional Systems of Conflict Mediation: Exploration of Mukhiya or Jimmuwal and Bhadrabhaladmis Peacemaking Mechanisms in the Himalayas.”

CAHSS Student Presents at the American Society of Criminology Conference in New Orleans

Samantha Epstein, a senior in NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) participated in the poster presentations at the 2016 American Society of Criminology Conference (ASC) held in New Orleans, November 16-19, 2016.
