Michelle Cromwell, Ph.D., graduate of the master’s and doctoral programs in the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution (DCAR) in NSU’s School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS), has been appointed to the faculty of Regis College in Weston, MA as an Associate Professor of Politics and Social Justice and the Advisor of the Honors Program.
Prior to joining the faculty of Regis College, Cromwell was an Associate Professor of Social and Political Systems and Center Associate for Multicultural Curriculum at Pine Manor College in MA. She is the founder and president of the Multicultural Village, which delivers experiential training programs to children and adults in the U.S. and the Caribbean. She has also served as an adjunct professor at SHSS for the Department of Multidisciplinary Studies (DMS). While pursuing her doctoral degree at NSU, Cromwell served as the Administrative Coordinator of Community Resolution Services at SHSS providing services to the South Florida community. Cromwell’s research and practice interests include diversity, multiculturalism and community development.
