NSU Audiology Presents: Preschool Listening Enrichment Program 

This program is designed to help promote parent education and enrichment for children, ages birth to 3 years old, with hearing loss. In this family-focused group, families will learn skills and receive resources on how to care for a child with hearing loss.

In this program families will learn how to:

  • Complete a listening check of an infant/toddler’s devices (hearing aid or implant)
  • Use music opportunities as a fun activity to teach their child language and literacy skills
  • Conduct structured playtime with their children to provide a language rich environment

The program will be held the Friday mornings of October 4 and 25, and November 8, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., in the Alvin Sherman Library, Research and Information Technology Center (Room 4009). Direction can be found at: http://sherman.library.nova.edu/sites/directions/
