September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month. To show support for our smallest warriors battling cancer, please come to our Shave Your Hair if You Dare on September 6, 2018. We will be providing FREE hair cuts with Zero guard (that means all the way down) and requesting a $1 per guard up to a $5 maximum suggested donation. Yes, you can get a haircut for $5. Sports Clips stylist are donating their time and skill for this event.
In addition, the Respiratory Therapy program will be grilling you a hot lunch of a hamburger, hotdog, chips, and a drink for a suggested donation of $5. We will also have a small supply of vegan burgers and hot dogs.
There will also be a 50/50 door prize drawing and to enter it is $2 / ticket or 3 tickets for $5. Need not be present to win.
All proceeds go to Pediatric Oncology Support Team (POST), a non-profit organization that help families fighting cancer and is based at St. Mary’s Hospital.
