The College of Pharmacy has arranged for CVS Caremark to come in and give flu shots to you on Friday, September 21, 2018. They will be set up in room 118 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Please sign-up using the link below, bring your NSU or private insurance card, your completed “CVS Vaccine Consent and Administration Record” form attached to this email and GET YOUR SHOT!
For those with NSU insurance, preventative immunizations are covered. As a reminder, flu shots are mandatory for most of the P2 and P3 IPPE: Community and Hospital rotations and for the majority of P4 APPEs. They are also helpful to avoid getting sick during the flu season (and missing class!).
