The ACCO has grown to become one of the leading voices and advocates of families beset by childhood cancer. The organization supports families directly and is affiliated with hundreds of other organization, which provide direct support, education, and funding for families with pediatric cancer. ACCO is also the largest publisher and distributor of free childhood cancer books and one of the largest funding sources of pediatric cancer research. This year, ACCO is having a fundraising campaign called “PJammin.” This project was started in honor of children who often spend months or even years in the hospital due to illness. During all the time they spend in the hospital, they are in their PJs! Through the PJammin campaign, organizations across the country are able to organize their own PJammin Day as a fundraising event.

There will be entertainment for children and their families in our local communities, including music, games, and educational tables. In addition to water tables along the course, there will be “fun tables,” where children can stop along the track to play with bubbles, get stickers, play short games, get their faces painted, etc.

Bring your friends and family to support children who have cancer and their families.
