Be all you can be by attending Library Boot Camp to strengthen your research skills!
March 26-28: NSU students are invited to participate in a free three-day open workshop series on how to successfully use library resources and services for their research.
Day 1: “Research Intelligence” will demonstrate how to use NovaCat, databases, Journal Finder, Find It, and Library Guides.
Day 2: “Active Duty,” will provide practice exercises on how to construct effective search strategies.
Day 3: “APA Rules of Engagement,” will provide an overview of APA style formatting.
All three sessions will be offered from Noon-1pm and will be repeated from 5pm-6pm in person at the Alvin Sherman Library (Lab B) and online via Elluminate. Students may attend any or all days. No prior library knowledge is required to participate, and some familiarity with internet/computer skills is recommended.
