Undergraduate Housing Contract for 2020-2021 and Summer Housing Contract for 2020 will GO LIVE.
WED., MARCH 25—BY 9:00 A.M. EST
Housing contracts for returning residents DUE
THUR., MARCH 26—5:00 P.M. EST:
• Returning resident will receive their self-selection day and time via email.
• Upon receiving the email, returning resident will be able to ROOMMATE MATCH with other returning residents who received their self-selection day and time email.
MON., MARCH 30—8:00 A.M.–8:00P.M. EST
• 8:00 A.M. EST: Room waitlist becomes available on housing portal FOR RETURNING STUDENTS ONLY.
• 8:00 A.M.–NOON EST: Students with 8 or more terms lived on will select rooms.
• NOON–8:00 P.M. EST: Students with 6-7 terms lived on will select rooms.
TUE., MARCH 31—8:00 A.M.–8:00 P.M. EST
• 8:00 A.M – 8:00 P.M. EST: Students with 4-5 terms lived on will select rooms.
WED., APRIL 1—8:00 A.M.–8:00 P.M. EST
• Students with 2-3 terms lived on will select rooms.
THUR., APRIL 2—8:00 A.M.–8:00 P.M. EST
• 8:00 A.M.–NOON EST: Students with 1 term lived on will select room.
• 1.00 P.M.–5:00 P.M. EST: Last
chance day, students who submitted contracts after the March 25 deadline, but before April 1, will self-select.
FRI., APRIL 3—9:00 A.M.–5:00 P.M. EST

• Self-selection page CLOSES
• Summer housing contracts for summer students DUE to receive priority summer assignment and move details via email.
• 10:00 A.M. EST: Housing portal waitlist closes and returning students will email housing@nova.edu if they wish to add/remove themselves from waitlists.
• 10:00 A.M.–1:00 P.M. EST: Students
who declined to self-select, will be manually assigned to remaining spaces.
FRI., APRIL 10—BY 5:00 P.M. EST
• Students will find out their summer assignment and check-in details via NSU email
TUE., MARCH 24—9:00 A.M. EST
• The NSU and UPointe Undergraduate Housing Contract and NSU and UPointe Graduate Housing Contract for 2020-2021 will GO LIVE.
• UPointe Preference Form will GO LIVE
on the housing portal.
FRI., APRIL 10—9:00 A.M. EST
• NSU and Undergraduate Housing Contract and NSU and UPointe Graduate Housing Contract for 2020- 2021 for graduate/returning residents and the UPointe Preference Form DUE
MON., APRIL 13—BY 5:00 P.M. EST
• Returning residents and new graduate residents who submitted the UPointe Preference Form and NSU and UPointe Housing Contract by the deadline, will receive a confirmation email that their form is being processed.
FRI., APRIL 17—BY 5:00 P.M. EST
• Returning residents and new graduate residents who submitted the UPointe Preference Form and NSU and UPointe Housing Contract by the deadline, will receive their assignment and roommate information via their NSU email.
