Get screened and take control of your future!

1. Pre-register by visiting JScreen.org and requesting your kit
2. Select “NSU 2017”  from the “how did you hear about JScreen” dropdown
3. Enter your insurance information on step 2
4. On step 4 enter the coupon code “NSU2017” and click “apply”
5. Pick up your screening kit at the event location

Screening is free for the first 50 people to pre-register with insurance! After that, screening is subsidized to $149 with insurance (usually a $1,100 test).

Please don’t eat, drink, or smoke 30 minutes prior to screening.
