An Evening with Author Michael Connelly at NSU’s Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale

NSU and Boardroom Communications will host An Evening with Author Michael Connelly on Tuesday, May 21 at NSU’s Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale. Proceeds will benefit Broward bulldog.org, an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit organization providing local watchdog reporting in the public interest.

Best-selling author Michael Connelly will discuss growing up in Fort Lauderdale, his career as a newspaper reporter in South Florida and Los Angeles and how this led to his award-winning career as a crime fiction writer.

Considered an heir to Raymond Chandler, Connelly also will discuss his novels about LAPD detective Harry Bosch and lawyer Mickey Haller, both of which have earned numerous awards and regularly land on the New York Times Best Sellers List.

A question and answer session follows our program led by South Florida mystery fiction columnist Oline Cogdill.
